Hello! I’m Casey…

I don’t have a musical bone in my body, but that’s ok! My gift is in serving others. I am a woman of faith, a wife and mother to most wonderful little boy, Eli.

I have spent the majority of my life working in restaurants where I get to serve people daily. More than that, I get to to make their special events, even more special! Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, school dances, business gatherings… the list goes on. In my experience serving others, I have found the the smallest details matter… pronouncing a name correctly, anticipating a guests needs before they ask, SMILING, the art of silent service and kindness. The goal isn’t satisfaction. The goal is to create FANS. Fans will talk about their favorite restaurant or band without anyone even asking!

I am a licensed bartender. I was the event coordinator at a very popular restaurant in the area for the better part of 2 years.

I am on the ‘client experience’ side of the business! Everything from scheduling and consulting to the coordination between the DJ and wedding/event coordinators. At Epiphany Gulf Coast, along with my husband Joseph, we will make sure your wedding or private event goes perfectly (at least the parts that we are in control of)!

Fun fact: I met my husband at Felix’s Fish Camp serving tables right along-side him.
